Rooster’s // Fall 26
A fall menu, from the first prep to the last plate. At Rooster’s in Ballantyne, we spent the day following the ingredients and the people working with them. Pasta taking shape by hand, scallops hitting hot oil, a drink poured as dinner gets underway. The photographs move between those moments and the finished dishes, giving the work in the kitchen as much room as what arrives at the table.
